Do you have any VPN active in your computer?
This is one of the main reasons of the red banner.

Delete metin + gameforge
Install again
Leave pc off for while
Nothing works
I can open only first acc in the row and shortly after that got disconnected

i repaired - reinstalled - restarted router and changed internet and its still there
