  • 28. 01 Maintenance Errors

    Hi,

    This is more an issue for the staff to see than for the other players.

    Since the last maintenance, the launcher keeps blocking me randomly, ticket was sent to support several times.

    German forum says im not the only one experiencing this issue with " Game not avalabile to you, please contact support". Their response was just wait it out. Ok i can wait it out once, but has happened 4 times in less than 24h which makes the game unplayable. Never had this issue before this maintenance, now cant even play without getting this error.

  • The game crashes very often, like once every 20 minutes

    Hi,

    try the following in game settings (All metin instances should be closed but 1, in order for the settings to apply to all accounts)

    System settings:
    View distance 2
    Fog Off
    Target shadow 1
    Shadow Quality Low
    Effects 3
    Private shops 5
    Item drops 2
    Yang unticked

    Game settings:
    Animations: Performance
    Show: Monster name OFF/ unpressed
    Afk: whatever you please
    auto log out OFF.


    Where does your game crash usually? bazar map1 or other maps?
    Try those out and let me know. Would be interested to know if the game completely crashes or you just get logged out.
    Is your PC/laptop new or old?

    You are wrong about the recived dmg staying the same. The higher the level of the skill, the more dmg you recive. You can look it up on spanish/romanian wiki there you can see a table with the %.

    Hi,

    Depends on what your plans are. If you just do pvp/pvm/both. Most of the players dont use berserker since you can reach max atack speed and movement speed trough green and purple poitons.

    M1 you recive 10% more dmg
    G1 recives 20% more dmg
    P recives 30% more dmg


    So you can imagine it is a skill that most of the time is not used or if so just m1.


    For low level maps its irrelevant, as well as for low farmers, but as soon as you go higher with the level monsters get a little stronger so might not be worth using it.
    There is a BUT.
    If you dont care about reciving more dmg/ you are strong enough/ you like the looks of the skill G1/P you can go for it but tbh you will rarely use it.

  • AMD Ryzen 5/7 Compatability with Metin

    Hi,

    Im running AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, and 16gb or RAM for a couple of years now, i have no issues whatsoever while playing metin2. I can without a problem have 20 games open, could probably open even more but need to upgrade to 32gb RAM.

  • Cor Draconis HELP

    Farming cors in monkey dungeon is not the best way to do it lol. you loose to much time to run around. Also mental warrior to farm is a joke with no equipment, yes more defece but no dmg.


    if you want to make relative fast and good wons its easy i just told you how to. do 1-2weeks only energy until you have the yang to buy yourself one voucher, which will get you 15days thief glve from item shop. than you get yourself some thief gloves from red forest (better pay someone to drop for you). from this moment on you said u dont mind grinding 8+h per day, than depending on your side chars lvls, you go map2 trough teleporter, and farm the 5 cors every day on them, and store them after a month in storekeeper and open the cors on main char. After your first month of energy and alchemy you will have enough wons to pay someone to level your side chars to 61, so that you can do the cors IN DEMON TOWER.

    From the moment you have your first lvl 61 character life will be easy since you can to the cors there in 10min. You reinvest the wons you make, into the next character to lvl 61 and so on. Equipmentwise a lvl 61shield+9 and lvl 34armour +4 is a must, and the bonus you need there is undead.
