Dear players,

please be aware that during this week maintenance we will start the additional transfer attempts for players who tried to transfer from Azrael.

For more info, please check Server Merge in December 2025.

Additional to that, please be aware that if you are transferred, your world boss ranking points will be affected and not be transferred.

Some players experienced failed transfers from Azrael because the transfer process was confused by some of you with the merge and certain preparations were not completed, including having items in the 6th/7th NPC, missing the required free character slot on the destination server, or other similar issues.

To resolve this, we will run up to three new automatic transfer attempts through our internal system. These attempts will apply to all characters that were registered for a transfer from Azrael but failed, and each attempt will be made to the originally chosen destination server. No ticket is required. Players will not receive the initial transfer email, but they will receive a notification if the attempt fails.

Please make sure that:

- No existing guild membership (if so, you must leave it).
- Unmarried (otherwise a divorce is required).
- At least one free character slot on the target server. If your account currently has more than five characters, the extra characters must be deleted so that the account has a maximum of four characters before the transfer.
- Cannot have any items which are currently being augmented with a 6th or 7th bonus.
- Your character must not have an active Premium Shop.
- Your character must not have any Yang left with the village Guardian after a guild territory auction.

These conditions must be fulfilled to ensure a successful transfer. Please review them carefully before the new attempts begin.

We will proceed with the new attempts shortly and will share further updates when available.

Dear Metin2 West Community,

First of all, we’d like to thank you for your excellent feedback and for giving us a wide variety of viewpoints, both from the players on RUBY and Azrael, as well as the other Metin2 community servers.

Your input has given us much greater insight into players’ needs, above and beyond the raw figures we have on player population and the state of server economies.

As should be clear from the diversity of feedback we’ve received, finding a single solution that makes all players happy is sadly an exercise in futility. Nevertheless, in making the following changes to the merge plan, we’ve endeavoured to walk the line and find the right balance:

• Azrael will be merged with Europe, rather than with RUBY.

• For those who do not wish to play on Europe, we will provide additional free Globetrotter Tickets from Azrael to the following servers:

- Germania
- Teutonia
- Italia
- Iberia

A free transfer from Azrael to RUBY will also be possible under the following conditions:

• Access to the RUBY server must be purchased by the player beforehand.

• The RUBY transfer can only be used once per account.

Transfer items will be available until the merge on 10th December, and must be used before the maintenance on 10th December so that characters can be transferred in time.

We would like to explain to you below in more detail why we have decided to go with this alternative solution.

Azrael is a server with a long history.

We understand that it can be problematic when a server with as long a history as Azrael ends up being merged with a relatively young server like RUBY, particularly in light of the fact that there are many inactive players with lots of characters. As a result, we have decided to merge Azrael with a much older server, and there our choice fell upon Europe. More details on this below.

RUBY is a server with paid access.

We also recognise that it would not be fair on players who have paid for access to RUBY in the past, if all Azrael players were to be provided free access to RUBY, especially given the fact that Azrael was always free to access in the past. Azrael players however can justifiably expect the opportunity to play on an ‘event server’, which we also want to respect. As a result, we’re offering a limited opportunity to transfer there, still giving Azrael players the opportunity to play on an event server while keeping their original RUBY characters.

Why offer transfers as well as merge with Europe?

In the past, Azrael was the destination for many globetrotters and server merges, hence the tapestry of the playerbase is quite diverse. We’ve therefore decided to offer a solution with very flexible transfer options so that players can decide for themselves where the journey should take them. Europe has been chosen as the ultimate destination server for the merge as it has a similarly diverse mix of players, given the number of previous merges.

Of course, we know that the solution we have described above will not satisfy everyone, but we hope that we could at least be transparent in our decision-making and offer some explanation for the path we have chosen.

Server merges can present a major disruption for all affected players, and while we always endeavour to limit any negative impacts, this isn’t always possible to avoid. Ultimately, merges are a necessity for keeping the activity on all servers high. We realise that we miscalculated and underestimated the problems with our original plan, and promise to do better in future merges.

Metin2 Advent Calendar

Log into the game every day and visit the item shop to unlock the surprises on the Advent Calendar. Behind each door you’ll find an Advent Chest containing a random item that will support you on your adventures!

Snowflake Event

This is another event packed with festive cheer. Get the Snowflake Spell buff and pick up the Snowflake Strongbox full of precious rewards!

Snowflake Spell

There are three ways to activate the Snowflake Spell:

1. Defeat monsters between levels 1 and 4. They will give you 4 different buffs, and you will trigger the Snowflake Spell once you have them all.
2. Talk to Santa Claus during the Christmas Event to get a quest to bring him 5 Stockings. Help him and you’ll activate the Snowflake Spell.
3. Talk to Santa Claus during the Christmas Event to get a quest to bring him 6 glasses of Mulled Wine. Help him and you’ll activate the Snowflake Spell.

Snowflake Wand

With the Snowflake Spell active, you can receive the following items (5x every 24 hours): 12 Snowballs and 12 Snowman Twigs. Exchange either 12 Snowballs or 12 Twigs for 1 Snowflake Wand.

This wand can be used to transform monsters in your level range into Snowmen. Defeat such a Snowman for a chance to receive the Snowflake Strongbox. Please note that the wand has a 30-minute cooldown and you cannot transform bosses or Metin stones. Similarly, you cannot transform monsters in certain dungeons and on event maps.

The wand can also be exchanged for loyal companions via the event UI. Simply swap 15 Snowflake Wands for either a mount or a pet:

• Snowflake Comet mount: +1,500 HP, strength against monsters +15%, 2 days
• Snowflake Bambi pet: +5% chance of critical hits, +5% piercing hits, 2 days

Both companions give you a set bonus of +150% EXP and strength against Metin Stones +3%.

Snowflake Strongbox

The higher level the monsters you transform into Snowmen, the greater the chance they will drop a Snowflake Strongbox. Inside you may find the following rewards:

• Loot Pass
• Spirit Stone Bundle
• Green Dragon Bean
• Reinforce Item
• Enchant Item
• Small Orison
• Buffs and potions

Festive Okey Event

In early December we’ll also be bringing out the popular okey card game in the extended Christmas edition. Hunt down monsters, loot their okey cards and put together a winning set!

Christmas Decorations

Pay a visit to the villages of the three kingdoms during the Christmas period. Their residents have put up festive decorations and Christmas banners.

The maintenance has ended and the servers are back online.

With today's MT we've rolled out a change, removing any grade of Stone of Psyche as a reward from the following boxes: Boot Spirit Stone Pack, Aamon's Lavish Chest, Heart Reward.

The various Stone of Psyche could lead to server instability in a variety of situations, so we've also removed any Stone of Psyche from inventories & similar storage during the maintenance. We're still preparing an exchange for affected players to compensate for this loss.

With these fixes applies, we have opened the doors Tyranny of Aamon's dungeons - the Depths of Greed and Heart of Greed!

Note: Some players might have some remaining Stone of Psyche in their boots. These socketed stones will also be removed in a future maintenance and be similarly compensated.

We want to let you know that all Force event items will be removed from the shop now and the event will end during next week maintenance on the Onyx servers.

Server Merge FAQ

Here’s everything you need to know about the server merge.

General

Which servers are being merged?

The following servers are being merged:

Eastern Europe

• [ONYX] Alabaster + [RUBY] Kirin = [RUBY] Kirin
• Willow + Polska = Polska

Western Europe

• [EMERALD] Aurora + [ONYX] Obsidian + [RUBY] Chimera = [RUBY] Chimera
• Azrael + Eostre + Europe = Europe

Turkey

• [ONYX] Bazalt + [RUBY] Charon = [RUBY] Charon
• Zephyr + Arkadaşlar = Arkadaşlar

EMERALD & ONYX

This time around, some EMERALD and ONYX servers are also being merged. Here are some special points you need to be aware of:

• All players on EMERALD and ONYX servers with DRAGON subscriptions will have their subscriptions automatically cancelled, and there should be no further automatic renewals.
• As the EMERALD and ONYX servers are being merged with the RUBY servers, affected players who haven’t purchased access to RUBY will receive access to RUBY free of charge.
• Players who played on EMERALD or ONYX and still have subscription days left by the release of this announcement will receive compensation depending on the number of days they have remaining.
• Existing accounts have free access to the EMERALD and ONYX servers which are being merged from 26th November to 10th December 2025. No subscription is required during this time, however no new characters can be created.

Compensation for remaining subscription days (by the release of this announcement)

• Players from [EMERALD] Aurora and/or [ONYX] Obsidian will be credited 6 DR directly to their account for each remaining subscription day.
• Players from [ONYX] Alabaster will be credited 11 DR directly to their account for each remaining subscription day.
• Players from [ONYX] Bazalt will be credited 14 DR directly to their account for each remaining subscription day.
• All players who are merged from EMERALD/ONYX to RUBY and still have subscription days remaining when this announcement is released will also receive the RUBY Premium Pack delivered to their item shop storeroom. This pack contains the following items:
• Experience Ring (7 Days)
• Third Hand (7 Days)
• Thief’s Gloves (7 Days)
• Lucky Medal (7 Days)
• +Bonsai+ (7 Days)

ONYX: Silver Summoning Token On the ONYX servers, all players can pick up a Silver Summoning Token free in the shop every day. Take this chance to use up all the summons you still have before the merge, as you won’t be able to use them afterwards.

Character Creation

Character creation will be deactivated on the servers which are being merged into other servers and which will no longer be available after the merge. This applies for both new and existing accounts.

Will the Yang, Won or Gaya be reset to zero?

No, you will keep your entire savings.

Who can I contact if I have a problem?

Items/Inventory

What will happen to my equipment?

This will be transferred to the new server verbatim. Your equipment items, pets and mounts can be found in the item shop storeroom after the merge.

What happens if I have five characters with full inventories on all the affected servers?

Neither your characters nor your inventories will be lost. All characters on your account will be pooled together and made available on the character selection screen. Afterwards you will only be able to create new characters if you have less than five. All items will be transferred to the item shop storeroom.

Will the duration of my time-limited item shop items continue to count down during the merge?

Yes, unfortunately this cannot be avoided. But we will try to keep the length of time each server is offline as low as possible.

What if I want to delete a character who has untradeable items in storage? Will I lose the items?

Yes, your items will also be deleted.

What happens to my Dragon Stone Alchemy during the merge?

Your alchemy will be removed from your DSS inventory during the merge and placed in your item shop storeroom. Equipped Dragon Stones will also be placed there. After the merge is complete, you can apply your Dragon Stones to any character on your account as you wish.

Can I remove Dragon Stones with every character?

Yes, you can remove and use Dragon Stones with every character on your account.

Can I sell, trade or equip Dragon Stones after the merge?

That depends on whether or not the Dragon Stones are soulbound:

• Soulbound Dragon Stones: These can only be sold, traded or equipped once the soulbinding has been removed. It takes 72 hours to remove soulbinding. You can start this process in advance so that the 72 hours are complete on the day of the merge.
• Non-soulbound Dragon Stones: These can be sold, traded and equipped without limit, beyond the usual game restrictions.

What happens if I leave gear with an NPC to add a 6th or 7th bonus?

If you were in the process of having a 6th or 7th bonus added to your gear by an NPC, you’ll receive any gear and materials you left with them in the item shop storeroom. If you used any additives, you’ll get back a number of Small Additives equivalent to the percentage value.

Characters

What happens if multiple characters on the new server have the same name?

Multiple characters on a single server cannot share the same name. Only one of the players will therefore be allowed to keep their name, while the others change theirs. Given the complexity of how the merge works, we cannot say in advance which characters will be forced to change. If one of your characters is affected, you will receive a pop-up notification asking you to select a new name upon first logging in after the merge.

Do I have to rename my character even if other character has a higher level but has been permanently banned?

Yes, unfortunately it is not possible to check whether an account is banned or not during the merge.

What will happen to my loot settings?

If your character has to be renamed during the merge, any Loot Filter settings will be reset. Please choose your loot setting preferences again.

I have lots of characters on the servers that are going to be merged. Can I relocate them all to the new server?

No characters will be deleted, they will all be transferred to the new server. All characters on your account will be pooled together and made available on the character selection screen. Afterwards you will only be able to create new characters if you have less than five.

Since I had characters in different kingdoms, I was assigned to a kingdom at random after the merge. Is there any way to change my kingdom?

Are you unhappy with your new home? No problem! The Kingdom Swap Event will be active after the merge. For 30 days you can find the NPC Heuk-Young standing around in the first town. Talk to him and get one free transfer to another kingdom per account.

Guild

What will happen to my guild?

If your character is on the target server for the merge, your guild will remain unchanged as before. However, the guild territory for all guilds will be reset and redistributed to ensure everyone has the same opportunities after the merge. If your character is on a server which will be migrated to another, all the guild members excluding the leader will be removed from the guild during the merge. They can rejoin the guild afterwards, as long as they belong to the same kingdom.

Which servers are target servers?

The following servers technically count as target servers:

• [RUBY] Kirin
• Polska
• [RUBY] Chimera
• Europe
• [RUBY] Charon
• Arkadaşlar

My guild is on a server which is being migrated to another during the merge. As leader of the guild, what do I need to do to ensure I don’t lose it?

To keep your guild, you will need to bear the following in mind:

• You have to be in the same kingdom on the merged server as your guild.
• Your guild must have at least 3 members.
• As the leader, you will need to have logged in at least once within 30 days prior to the merge.

Example: Your XY account has the following characters on different servers:

• Character 1: Yellow kingdom, guild leader
• Character 2: Blue kingdom, no guild As you have two characters on different servers from different kingdoms, it will be decided at random during the merge which kingdom both characters will be transferred to on the new server. If you are transferred to the blue kingdom, your guild in the yellow kingdom will be deleted as the existence of a guild is bound to its leader. If you’d rather not leave everything to chance, you could prepare before the merge by getting a Tincture of Kingdoms and switching the second character’s kingdom to that of your guild. Alternatively, you can also delete any characters that are in the wrong kingdom. This will ensure that you are transferred to the correct kingdom during the merge.

Redistribution of guild territory

All guild territory will be redistributed after the merge. To ensure everyone has a fair chance to bid for the best locations, you won’t be able to claim guild territory until a week after the server merge—so act fast and get your favourite location!

Will the guild leader receive any compensation for lost land?

Yes. The guild leader will be recompensed in Yang for the land, alchemist, blacksmith, guild bank, any flags and the temple, if present, in the form of a Yang Bundle placed in their item shop storeroom.

Will guilds with more than 70 members be affected if the Altar of Power is deleted along with the guild territory?

All guild members will be removed during the server merge. Following the merge, the guild will be able to add new members as soon as it has land and has constructed an altar.

Would it be possible to make guild territory channel-specific? This would allow all guilds to keep their land.

No, this is not possible.

Since the server merge, my guild logo is no longer displayed. Is this a bug?

No, it is not a bug. Simply re-upload the guild logo after the merge.

I’m the leader of a guild and have a guild bank. What do I need to be aware of?

As we will be clearing your guild territory, we will also have to close your guild warehouse. For this reason, please collect all items from your guild warehouse prior to the server fusion. Any items left in the guild warehouse at the time of the server merge will be transferred to the guild leader’s item shop storeroom.

Storage/Item Shop Storeroom

What will happen to my storage?

All character items will be transferred to the item shop storeroom. None of your items will be lost!

Will there be larger storage?

No, your storage space will remain the same. Only the first store page will be merged. If you previously expanded your storeroom, the items stored there will also be transferred to your item shop storeroom.

My stores on the various servers have different passwords. Which storage password will be carried over?

The system will select one of the passwords at random. Simply try out all your possible passwords on the new server. Alternatively, on the website you can request your storage password to be resent via email.

Other

What do I need to know about evolvable pets?

As your pet has a limited lifespan and can die, we recommend that you feed it in time for the merge. If you really don’t want to take any chances, you can also put your pet in a Transport Box from the item shop so your pet doesn’t age. After the merge you’ll find it in your item shop storeroom.

Will the merge have an effect on my in-game marriage?

All marriages will be annulled. Your Engagement Ring and Yang will be refunded.

What will happen to my friends list?

Your friends list will be deleted. Unlike with the family list, we cannot update the names in the friends list automatically. Talk to your friends before the merge so that you can find one another again on the merged server.

How can I find friends who have renamed their character?

The best way is to talk to them before the merge so you can find each other again afterwards.

If I have multiple accounts on the servers being merged, will I need to select five characters which I want to continue playing with?

No, your accounts will not be merged or deleted.

Will it be possible to create a new account on the merged server, or will this be prevented so that it is only possible to join via the ‘old’ servers?

For now, all servers will be open for new accounts after the merge.

Can I select which merged server my character will be transferred to?

No, you cannot choose. For example, if servers 1–5 are being merged, all players will be automatically transferred to the newly created server.

Example: I have a character in the red kingdom on server 1 and one in the yellow kingdom on server 2. When servers 1 and 2 are merged, will I then have to choose one kingdom?

Which kingdom your characters are transferred to will be decided at random during the merge. After the merge, we will activate the NPC Heuk-Young for a certain period of time, who provides you with the opportunity to change kingdoms.

What will happen to my monster cards? Will these be affected?

Your monster cards will be carried over in their entirety. No cards will go missing! If you played on both servers, we will merge your achievements together into a new set of results on the destination server.

After the merge, the client is showing me the same character multiple times in the character selection screen. Is this a bug?

This visual issue may crop up at the start, but it should resolve itself after your first login.

What happens to my mailbox messages with or without attachments?

All messages in your mailbox which contain only text, whether read or unread, will be irretrievably deleted during the server merge. Items, Yang or Won which are attached to messages will be sent to you in GM mails after the merge. After that you have 30 days during which to collect the attachment. After this time, all GM mails will be deleted.

What will happen to my Personal Premium Shop?

Unfortunately, we cannot transfer your Personal Premium Shop. During the merge it will be closed, and all items will be placed in your item shop storeroom. Yang or Won will be sent to you via GM mail.

Information on the Affected EMERALD and ONYX Servers There are a few things to note about the merge of the EMERALD and ONYX servers. Full details on the merge, your subscription and more can be found in the FAQ.

Changes to the Servers

The merged servers will adopt the settings and events from the target server they’re merged into. The number of channels remains unchanged.

Event Rewards

Please note that the progress for some events on the affected servers will not be saved, and thus rewards will not be available.

New Registrations

New registrations and character creations are closed on all affected servers before the merge, until the merges are complete.

Between 24th November and 30th November, you can look forward to twice the event action: go on a Treasure Hunt and travel to face the challenges of the Otherworld, with fabulous rewards in store! Continue reading to learn all you need to know about the two events:

Event: Welcome to Treasure Island!

Land ahoy! Long believed lost, Treasure Island has emerged from under the ocean waves once more! Head out on a great adventure full of treasures and challenges, and scoop up some amazing rewards!

• Event starts: 24th November 2025 at midnight (CET)
• Event ends: 30th November 2025 at 11:59 PM (CET)

The event is available to characters of level 70+ on all servers.

Find Mysterious Treasure Tickets

During the event, you have a chance to find a valuable Treasure Ticket in the following chests:

• Silver Treasure Chest, Silver Treasure Chest+
• Gold Treasure Chest, Gold Treasure Chest+
• Platinum Treasure Chest
• Kelpie Chest
• Perfect Talisman, Necklace, Earring and Bracelet Chests
• Nam Gwang, Yilad, Dong Gwang and Seo Gwang Treasure Chests
• Damnation Chest, Damnation Chest+

Collect Precious Doubloons

Once you have your hands on a Treasure Ticket, it’s time to head for Treasure Island! Use the ticket to reach the island where the Treasure Goblin is waiting for you. Talk to him and spend some Yang to give him the following buffs:

• Increase his HP by 20%
• Increase his defence by 50
• Increase his movement speed by 100
• Grant him immunity to poison

After buffing the goblin, escort him on his quest to recover the treasure chests. You have a limit of 30 minutes to complete this mission.

• On the way you can find up to three treasure chests, but only one of them will be the real treasure!
• It’s your job to protect the goblin from the monsters who will attack him during this time. You’ll be rewarded with 1 Doubloon for every monster you defeat.
• If either you or the Treasure Goblin dies on the way, the mission fails.
• As soon as the goblin has discovered the real treasure chest, the mission is completed and you receive 100 Doubloons.
• Please note that you can only carry a maximum of 999 Doubloons.

Goblin Keys

In order to exchange your hard earned Doubloons for cool rewards, you’ll need Goblin Keys. These can be obtained in two different ways:

• Escorting the Treasure Goblin to the correct chest 5 times.
• Exchanging rewards.

Rewards for Doubloons & Goblin Keys

Open the event rewards menu via the event banner.

• Spend 90 Doubloons to fill the playing field with rewards.
• You’ll need a Goblin Key per reward.
• The first reward is always free and doesn’t need a key!
• Rewards are divided into different levels. The more rewards you collect, the higher your counter will read. After collecting 9 rewards in succession, your counter will increase by 1 point.
• New reward levels are unlocked once your counter reaches 3, 5 and 10 respectively.

The Mission Portal

There’s a pop-up webpage in the game for the missions. Open it to get an overview of your progress, including all the details on your missions and rewards.

Notes on Missions

Complete missions to earn rewards! Your progress will be updated every few hours, which may take a few moments to appear. Sometimes missions you have already completed will still be marked as open while the server updates your progress. Repeatable missions will only be reset once you have collected the reward, so remember to pick them up regularly.

• Daily missions are reset at 11:59 PM CET.
• Weekly missions are reset each Sunday at 11:59 PM CET.
• Monthly missions are reset on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM CET. As these missions are repeatable, you can keep getting rewards from them!
• The unique missions can only be completed once.
• Some missions are only available once you reach a certain level or champion level.
• Once you unlock a reward, click on it to collect it. The reward will be sent to the mailbox of your currently active character.

Missions in the Otherworld

There are six different missions available for your Journey to the Otherworld, some are daily, some once per event, and some unique. There are plenty of rewards waiting for you, like the Damnation Key+, Cor Draconis (Antique) and much more!

Event: Journey to the Otherworld

Descend into the Otherworld and brave four devilish trials: face off against the four emissaries of the Otherworld and earn your right to take part in the ultimate confrontation against the Lord of Damnation.

Along your journey to the Otherworld you can earn precious materials for crafting the Damnation Shield or the Phoenix of Redemption. The event takes part in two phases:

First Phase

• Starts: 24th November 2025 at midnight (CET)
• Ends: 28th November 2025 at 11:00 PM (CET)

In the first phase of the event, the boundaries to the Otherworld are weakening, and you can play for items which you will require in the second phase by defeating monsters and gathering Death Flames. These can be exchanged for Asmodeus Keys, Black Letters, Water of Life and Dead Souls. At the end of this phase, the Otherworld Portal becomes available and you can journey through to the other side.

Second Phase

• Starts: 29th November 2025 at midnight (CET)
• Ends: 30th November 2025 at 11:59 PM (CET)

In the second phase, you must battle through the Otherworld. Here you will need to call upon the items which you gathered in the first phase. Confront the four emissaries for the right to face Asmodeus. Of course, you’ll have a chance to get some great rewards from these preliminary fights too. If you are successful and manage to defeat the mighty Asmodeus, you can enter the divine room of Salvation, where even more rewards await you.

Enter the Dungeon

• The Otherworld is a hellish place which you must cross before facing Asmodeus, King of the Otherworld. You can reach the Otherworld by travelling through the portal at Cape Dragon Fire. You’ll need 3 Black Letters before you can pass through the portal. The Otherworld consists of four rooms. Each room has an emissary who you must face in battle.
• Damnation is the place of judgement – here you will face your final opponent, Asmodeus. Use Dead Souls to weaken Asmodeus. If you want a significant advantage in combat against him, wear the Damnation set. The Otherworld Talisman also provides succour against Asmodeus’ dark arts. As ruler of the Otherworld, Asmodeus cannot ever truly be defeated there; indeed, he will return from the dead soon after you have defeated him, allowing you to face him again. The more often you manage to defeat him, the greater your reward.

Event Items

• The Black Letter allows you to enter the Otherworld. Obtained using 1 Death Flame (80% chance).
• Use Water of Life to revive yourself in the Otherworld. Obtained using 5 Death Flames (80% chance).
• Use Dead Souls to reduce Asmodeus’ maximum HP. Obtained using 10 Death Flames (80% chance).
• The Asmodeus Key allows you to enter Damnation and face Asmodeus directly, skipping the four trials without having to defeat their emissaries.

Today we carried out a maintenance with the goal of fixing the issue affecting Depths of Greed and Heart of Greed, which prevented us from opening this content with Tuesday patch release.

However, during today’s maintenance the problems persisted. To avoid risking server stability or negatively impacting gameplay, we have decided to keep Depths of Greed and Heart of Greed disabled for now.

The Sombre Plateau

Aamon’s Boss Battle

• Caution—every time a group member dies, it charges the Moonshadow Curse and makes Aamon stronger!
• Keep an eye out for Dragonsoul Albira and her Sunshards, which will support you in your fight against the darkness

Further Adjustments

Poison, Bleeding & Confusion

• As before, bleeding, poison and the new confusion effect can only be inflicted on monsters a maximum of 7 levels above your own
• New: To determine this threshold, half of your champion level is now be added to your current level
• Please note: As before, certain opponents, especially bosses, can be immune to one or more of these effects

BUG FIXES

Graphics

• Rewards from Meley’s Lair are now highlighted when added to your inventory.
• When champion-level pets gain experience, the colour of the EXP marble is now displayed correctly.
• Issues leading to display problems with Monster Card names in tooltips have been fixed.
• Beran-Setaou’s name (event, RX and TR) and damage are now displayed in full.
• Fog no longer causes texture issues on bridges.
• Aura Outfits now remain visible when Blade Ninjas perform Fast Attacks.

Other Bug Fixes

• If two GPUs are available and you’re using two monitors, you can now choose which GPU you want the game to run on. *The description of Serpent greatswords now mentions the -10% handicap on attack speed that is intrinsic to these weapons.
• Please note that this isn’t a nerf—this handicap has always existed, it was just never previously mentioned in the weapon description.
• Oceanic Shoes and Fire Shoes are now listed in the correct category (jewellery) with NPCs.
• The effects ‘Strong Against Metin Stones’ and ‘Attack Damage Against Bosses’ also now apply to boss Metin stones.
• Group invitation requests via other members are now permitted, even if the leader is not in the same channel.
• Certain group bonuses (‘Average Damage Resistance’ and ‘HP Recovery per Kill’) are now no longer negative if a group member is out of range.
• The price of transport boxes is now displayed while managing the premium shop.
• Opening the target UI and changing the language in game no longer causes a system error.
• Pet evolutions from level 105 to champion level 1 are now performed correctly, even if the item EXP is maxed out.
• The quest for shaman training is now displayed correctly upon reaching level 5 with the shaman.
• An inventory issue that prevented players from swapping their three-socket weapons for one-socket weapons from the bottom row has been fixed.
• Auto-hunting settings are no longer overwritten in the event that two characters on different servers share the same name.
• Royal Keys are now also consumed from the belt inventory.
• Attempting to switch a Jadite Alchemist with the same Jadite Alchemist now displays the correct error message.
• Using hair dye at level 120 now displays the correct error message.
• When pets from eggs are sold to NPCs, the price is now displayed in the description.

Dear players,

A maintenance will take place tomorrow at 08:00 CET, during this maintenance we will release our Tyranny of Aamon update on all servers, please expect a longer than usual downtime while we apply the update and work on our servers.

The update will open the way to Moonshadow Vale and will allow all players to continue the story of Yohara, some content included in the update will start in a disabled state due to some technical issue, this includes the Depths of Greed and the Heart of Greed, these features will be enabled as soon as the issue is resolved.

The full changelog is planned to be published during the maintenance, as usual.
