Fully supported. The Friendlist window is oversized and makes the interface less practical, especially on smaller screens. The map/drop-loot window is intrusive and reduces the overall comfort of playing.

Dear [GA]Skie,
Even though I read your farewell a bit late, I still wanted to take a moment to thank you for everything you’ve done for the community over the past 14+ years. Your dedication, patience, and constant support have made a real difference for so many players. It was always reassuring to know that someone so committed was helping behind the scenes.
Your work, kindness, and professionalism will not be forgotten, and you leave behind a legacy that many truly appreciate.
Wishing you all the best in this new chapter of your journey — may success and happiness follow you wherever you go.
Thank you for everything, and goodbye.

Thank you very much for your work, skilgannon ! You were a special person in the team, and it can never be said of you that you didn’t help wherever you could.
I hope everything goes well in your real life! May Metin2 be with you!

I assume you mean the various cheating players. The biggest problem with them is that when one team member removes one of them, in less than 5 minutes the next one is already there. I understand that this is frustrating; it really annoys me too, but banning them or using the chat filter can help.

Good morning,
We understand your frustration and the game teams are fighting every day against the epidemic of bots attacking all the servers. We ask for a little understanding and your cooperation in this fight. Whenever you pass by a bot/cheater, remove the nickname and send it to our support.
We apologize and look forward to your cooperation with the teams.
Best Regards,
Zhystic
Sorry for the question, but why don't you close the servers to new registrations? If I remember correctly, the Iberia server was also closed, now it's open again. This means that there will be a thousand new cheaters again and it will be impossible to play. Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible to clean the servers of cheaters other than by closing them down.

The value is still 60, it is not changing, so I need another solution please.
The solution has already been described by [TM]Zhystic:
If you encounter any additional errors, please contact our support team via ticket so that we can help you as soon as possible.

I know the support doesn't help
I don't think it has anything to do with where you're logging in from. Unless you're trying to play from South America one moment and China the next. All kidding aside, it might be worth opening a ticket because support could help with this. I've never had this problem before, but I'm curious if you could just wait a few hours and see if it resolves itself.
I send ticket to admins but they are complicating
Could you explain that? I don't really understand. It's likely that you're having to prove you're human because the system detected something.

You should contact support. Open a ticket with the forum team. They usually handle this. I don't know exactly what's behind this, but I know that bans aren't something we usually talk about here.

This would be a very useful suggestion. I would buy a lot of costumes for my shaman, just for the purpose of transformation, but sometimes I can't play during a certain period (e.g. Halloween), so I have to wait another 1 year for the costumes to be released on the market. Of course, I could buy them on the market, but I think the location you suggested would be cheaper and more practical. I support this suggestion.

If you have any problems with the missions, it's worth opening a ticket with the game team, unless a maintenance might solve it.

Good idea, there used to be a public test server. It was very good, you could experience many things. It would be worthwhile to open it once in a while. If nothing else, for select players who would like to test the new updates.

Somewhere I agree with you, somewhere I don't. This game is very old and like all games it encourages users to try to improve. I understand that you might not be aiming to reach champion levels, but the game is going pretty strongly in the direction of Yohara being the first.
Feel free to send the proposal to the authorities, I'm curious to see what kind of answer they will give. If my vote counts, then let's do it!
