  • Trade Alnitak gear for gear on Europe

    Fellow players,


    due to certain circumstances both in and outside (lag & rng) my control, I did not do as well as I would have wished in the temporary server challenges and I will not be able to carry over my gear.


    Before I give up completely and quit again, I would like to try to find out if someone managed to get a lvl 120 character and would like to trade gear/yang on europe for my gear/yang on Alnitak. I do think that there are items worth taking.

  • Temporary server challenges and gear transfer.

    So I figured I would start playing the game again after like 10 years, then found out there was a temporary server an rerolled there there since I read it was for catching up. I invested money into autohunting (a great new feature btw) and some basic other stuff, then I found out about the challenges and how I need to complete 6 to transfer. It was already too late for the first challenge but never mind, I just needed 6. Right? Wrong.


    I completed the next few challenges up until the bosses. That one was just impossible to do. My screen turned completely black as soon as I approached the bosses.


    The next challenge was easy once I managed to find a BR where people werent all teamed up. I won. I killed 8 people out of like 12. it was fun.


    Then came the Alchemy challenge. At the time I had NO idea what alchemy was yet there was no explanation, not ideal for a server that was supposed to be for catching up but I suppose I can't blame anyone but myself for not knowing the game. I googled. The antiques kept failing and I finally managed to get enough money and succeded at 23:40 and I was so happy. What happened then? The challenge never updated!


    This challenge was once again impossible to do but I did manage to pay some experienced players to do it for me.


    And now I was told I won't be able to transfer any gear???


    What am I supposed to do with an empty character on the main server??? Why was there no warning that I would not be able to transfer any gear? Even when I read the original post properly, much later on obviously, I only found a post about how one was supposed to be able to transfer "more" gear once they did well in the challenges. More? More like "at least some"!


    I suggest that we are all able to take at least our gear because what are players like me gonna do once we transfer to the main server? Play? With no gear? How? We will just have to quit. Obviously, we did invest some money into the game so mission accomplished I suppose, but wouldn't it be smarter to try to make us keep playing, as literally any mmo tries to do?


    Or at least don't count that damn boss challenge, the challenge that did not update and do count that app challenge so that I can at least take my helmet or sth. I have no idea what this challenge is but I was told that I need a lvl 110 character to do it and that I need a lvl 120 character to do the last.


    Why would you punish newbies like this? Do you not want more players?
