Yes, it is allowed to have multiple accounts and use them at the same time, even on the same pc if you want to.

This scroll can only be used when you're on the Salvation map, which is kind of a reward map that you can only enter after defeating Asmodeus in the Journey to the Otherworld event run.
This run can only be done solo (so without a group or buff) and on foot (no mounts). You can enter from lvl 90, but completing this run pretty much requires a full excellent alchemy wheel and fully upgraded high level (serpent?) equipment. You can probably do with less if you get the full 1-hour duration costume set that gives 400% Strong vs Undead and 100% Power of Darkness either from this event's side dungeons or, if available, from the Item Shop for an obnoxiously high amount of Dragon Coins.

TLDR; This item is gonna sit in your inventory until you complete this run, or more likely, until they change it to be sellable to an npc or to be storable.
If you get more of these scrolls in the future, best let them sit in your Item Shop Storeroom or Item Depot like you had, or take them out on a character that you're going to delete.

One does not "literally" have to go to that extent in order to play a game that so far didn't ask for installing it's apps in more than your pc.
I’m telling you about a possible (free) workaround in case you somehow don’t have or don’t want to buy a phone or tablet.
But looks like you just wanna complain rather than getting a reasonable solution for your problem.

So far I’ve noticed these changes, in addition to their old loot tables (soul stones, soul crystal jewelry)
Charon:
Energy Fragments (x10)
Glimmer stones (x50)
Blue pearl
(I assume other pearls as well)
Azreal:65 weapons +1
Azrael’s chest, now drops multiple rather than just 1, I got 5 last time.
Chest loot doesn’t appear to be changed.
It’s not that good but imo a welcome change as the old drops couldn’t be much worse.And maybe there’s more to them that I just didn’t drop. Mini Azrael egg pog?

Soul Stealing Blades cannot have halfhuman as a bonus, as it is a built-in feature on the weapon with a value of 15% at +9.

i dont know, if this bugg was noticed by someone or not, i still telling u:
Theres a bug when u want to go to trading map, but u traded, or open shop before that and the 10s waiting time didnt go off, the trade map teleporter npc still takes your 5k yang but dont teleport u to bazaar.

With the disappearing of most guild lands, mine started making well over 5kk a day, eliminating the issue of taxes for me...
