From now on, any tickets you will write will be automatically redirected to UK support. This is done since servers have been merged since a while and often it happens that NL game team cannot handle your cases because decisions were made by the UK team. To avoid needless reassignments of tickets internally, we have now decided to do this change.
We will still be able to provide support in Dutch language if that's what you want or need. Just make sure to select Netherlands in the top right language/region selection menu before you start writing your ticket. Your case will then be assigned to our Dutch team member (Zarina) and your request will be processed in your native language.
