I don’t really understand why you’re not respectful with a GM. It can also be seen in the screenshot that GM is of French descent, so it is difficult for him/her to speak English. They are always happy to help players. The French and English servers have been merged so that the teams from the two countries are available on the server. Next time, be more understanding and kind.

If I report a problem or a bot, GM will always do its job perfectly. These people DO their work on a VOLUNTARY basis and work for FREE to make the gaming experience better.

It is a damn shame that there are no English speaking GMs any more, even on international servers, only German or some other language, it's a real shame.
