    Hello everybody, I got same answer and have same problem with external software block for 4 days.

    I play this game for many years, never used something like that and don't even know what that external software mean.

    In my pc have as game just metin2, there is nothing else. This is clearly a mistake and hope somebody will do something to fix that.

    I got banned of one of my account where i have storage for chests and etc. and i got banned for external software and etc. i asked why and answer was same stupid asban himself, like if it continues it next ban will be stricter like this company is just a joke, never used nothing and they still ban innocent ppl,

    Here is the last correspondence with the support, check the date check what I wrote and let me know why till now there is no reply!!!

    Have they got no reply that can make me satisfied or they don't care about others and above all they don't care about their reputation!!

    Hi Threea, thank you for your answer. What I have been trying to say all the time is that I do not have any software to use with this game or what so ever!! Please some one tell me what software and I will get some one to check my laptop other wise the same thing will happen again and I will get banned forever. Is it not fare what I am asking? I am being punished while I did not use any external software. Please help me with that. Thank you very much in advanced.

    I got banned today for this same reason, i went for search and i saw thousand ppl goting banned to for the same reason in every server's, Europe, Portugal one and others..


    This will be solved or is just pure scam ?

    The use of profanity/profane directed towards users/Staff or used in any other nature will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to avoiding the filter with leet speaking (1337, l33t)

    I've got on 11th for the same reason, just on one gameforge account and i'm using 2 and the funny part is that i haven't opened the game since 9th of march on the evening.... i've sent a ticket that day and got no answer by now... this is not right, and obviously i can't understand what happened because i'm not using shady programs, i'm just staying on Microsoft Teams at my online classes and using google chrome while i'm playing metin usually... :(

    I hope they will solve this problem because i'm playing this metin for almost 10 years now and i haven't seen something like this before.

    i have also been banned not recently but for the same reason "usage of external software" and i haven't used any kind of external software or what so ever. I was banned on SerbianFight which was my main at the time other accounts weren't effected at all only character where i had all my items and money

    I hope someone can check this its really absurd to happen things like this for no reason at all, and you can see bots daily in map1 or map2
