I have a question. I heard from a friend that this event is event where you can get item that removes one piece of alchemy 100% without a fail.
is it true or? Can we obtain the item without using dc and is it tradeable

I remember getting it from chest, forgot what it's called, but something like " Zeer Chest " maybe. I tried looking it up in wiki but didn't find any info.
Dragon Tong+ ( 100% success removal ) is not tradable , nor storable .. so once you get it on a char, you can only use it on that char.
I'm not sure if it's same if you get it from Ritual of Blood event, but better spin the wheel on the char that have alchemy you want to remove.
