Recently there were a number of unforeseen problems, the last largely regarding Update 20.0 on Tuesday. It was impossible to play during the lengthy maintenance period, especially due to the region clustering, and we understand how annoying that can be.
So both as an apology and a big thanks for your loyalty, we will be running some special events for you in the coming days. We hope you can make up for the lost time with boosts to your EXP, drops and extra events.
