Hello, first of all apologies for my English but it is not my native language.
Second, I wanted to know if I can have a quick and effective solution, my account was blocked for no reason or I just don't know why... I played the game again after almost 10 years and created a new account, I dedicated quite a few hours to this one in the last 3 days and managed to go up to level 36.
Until this morning I was playing before going to work, I returned a few hours after my work day and my account was blocked. I would like to know the reason for such an error and if it can be unlocked since I want to continue playing the game I don't feel like starting from 0 on another account since I dedicated quite a few initial hours to it and I was leveling up quite a bit (although at certain times leveling up is very complicated due to the absurd number of bots there are at certain times)
Please I hope for some solution to this since my intentions were to play the game for as many moments as I have free.
Thank you and I await some response to the tickets sent since at the moment I have not received any.
