The " support representatives " in the ticket system aren’t doing anything.

  • Hello, I’ve been reporting bots to you through the ticket system for a long time, and you used to ban them every day, thank you for that. However, for the past two days, none of the GMs have checked the bots I report. Instead, some “support representatives” are looking at the tickets, and they never ban anyone. Until now, you, Mhystie, or Zhystic would check them and ban them immediately. Has your system changed or what’s going on? These support representatives aren’t doing anything. I really don’t understand what’s going on.

Reports are no longer being addressed with the same speed, and several bots remain active despite repeated submissions. Additionally, the support schedule appears to be limited to regular weekday hours, which feels insufficient for an online game with constant activity. I fully understand that changes in support structure can take time to stabilize, but the current situation makes it difficult for players to effectively report and combat bots. This impacts both gameplay quality and community trust. Could you please look into what’s causing the delay in processing bot reports and whether the previous level of responsiveness can be restored?   • I really feel the need to speak up about the current state of bot reporting, because at this point it’s become genuinely frustrating and honestly pretty disheartening. Over the past few days, I’ve reported multiple bots in Nyx server. In the past, these reports were handled quickly and efficiently. You could actually see action being taken, and it felt like our efforts as players mattered.

    But lately, something has clearly changed. Reports are barely being looked at, bots stay online for hours or even days after being reported, and support seems restricted to basic weekday hours, which just doesn’t make sense for a game that’s active around the clock. It feels like we’re trying to fight this problem alone, and it’s honestly unacceptable.

    What makes it even worse is that players continue to spend real money on Dragon Coins, investing in a game they care about — and right now it feels like that support isn’t being respected. People are paying for a quality experience, not to watch bots run freely while nothing gets done. It’s incredibly discouraging, and it’s starting to damage trust within the community.

    I genuinely hope you can look into why bot reports are being handled so slowly and whether the previous level of responsiveness can be restored. We’re not asking for miracles, just a fair, active, and reliable system like we had before. Any clarity about what’s going on or how things are being handled now would mean a lot.

    How come nobody ever complains like you (3) just did on forum anymore... since every1 and everything is on discord's and is cordinated through discord.


    Either you are fishing/baiting a respone & you are a group of (3) players banding together to force a reaction/reply.


    Or you are "Mafia" players testing the waters for new anti-hackers Team that isnt based on discord platform.

  • Actually, you’re right to think that way. I was surprised too and wasn’t expecting any replies. I just thought maybe a staff member would see it. But it’s clear that very few players use the forum. Many people quietly play the game and report cheaters through tickets, and I think they’re also not happy with the new system.

    Since December 1st, only support representatives check the tickets, and cheaters are still in the game even after 78 hours. Bots must be very happy, they put thousands of okey chests, fish and blessing scrolls on their markets, and even one extra day ruins the economy. Sad, but whatever this new system is, it doesn’t seem to be working right now.

    ... b): force the team to feel bad, open the GM-applications so you and your rouge "mafia" clan members can try to infiltrate from with-in.

  • I’m not trying to make anyone work harder. Everything was perfect. For years, I sent a ticket every 2–3 days, and one of the GMs I mentioned would check it and instantly ban the cheater.

    There has only been a problem for the last 5 days. What don’t you understand? I’m saying everything was great, why did it suddenly change? I’m questioning why they changed a system that had been working perfectly for so long.


    I sent a ticket to Gameforge and they told me they can’t give me any information. That’s understandable, of course. But at least they could say something like “don’t worry, we’ve switched to a better system.” A team member could simply say, “there’s no problem, my friend, trust me, our new system will be better.”

    + it's holidays season ppl take vacations or are busy with IRL festivities

    + there is a big server merge apocalypse happening maybe the Ticket-Team is busy copy/pasting characters from Azrael to alt-servers

    People all around the world wait 2-3years to get an important surgery done , and you cant wait 30days to see if things go back to normal after this busy part of they year.

  • I hope the GMs are on vacation or busy with other things, and I hope you’re right. I don’t know how you compared a surgery to a game, but the only reason I opened this topic on the forum was because I thought maybe a team member would see it and reply. No need to overthink it, I just hope everything turns out well.
