Dear players, we hope you enjoyed all our teasers for the upcoming patch 25.2, and that everyone who participated made the most of the extra rewards from the Twitch Drops and in-game missions.

As a reminder to you, here are all the details, FAQs and an overview of the prize bundles:
Please read the following details through carefully to ensure you’re well prepared should you be among the lucky winners:
- ‘Play Metin2!’ Contest: 5th November 2025: Winners are drawn in house, according to our criteria.
- Gleam.io Contest: 5th November 2025: Gameforge receives the email addresses of the 50 winners determined by Gleam.io.
- By Friday, 7th November 2025: Winners will be contacted by email so they can provide us with their postal addresses.
- By Wednesday, 12th November 2025 (12 PM CET): Deadline for winners to reply to the previous email asking for their postal addresses.
We request all participants to check the inboxes of the email addresses they used on Gleam.io and for their Metin2 account on the evening of Friday, 7th November 2025. We’d also recommend you check your spam folder in case the email has wound up there.
What happens if a winner does not respond before the deadline?
If a prize winner does not respond with their postal address by Wednesday, 12th November 2025 (12 PM CET), we will be unable to send them their bundle and will be forced to disqualify them.
If this is a winner of one of the Gaming PC Bundles, we will select a new winner and contact them as described above by Friday ,14th November 2025. We will then wait for a reply until the following Wednesday (19th November 2025, 12 PM CET).
For all other winning bundles, we will not choose a new winner if the original winner does not respond. If the substitute winner of a Gaming PC Bundle also fails to respond within the allotted time, we will not choose a further substitute winner.
Country Specifics
Participation is limited to our shipping guidelines. In general that means participation is limited to the following European countries and those in whose language we publish Metin2:
- EU countries
- United Kingdom
- Switzerland
- Norway
- United Arab Emirates
Countries we cannot send prizes to and are therefore ineligible to participate are:
- War zones (e.g. Russia, Ukraine)
- (Distant) territories of the countries mentioned above
- Turkey: Please check the Turkish news post for more details.
Prizes are sent with a tracking number which we will communicate to you via email as soon as the bundle has been dispatched. Some of the bundles are quite large (such as the aluminium print or the gaming PC), so please keep an eye on your tracking number and arrange to accept the delivery accordingly.
