How to take part
Each time you purchase 4.99 Euros of premium currency during the raffle, you’ll receive a raffle ticket. Each raffle ticket has a chance to be a winning ticket. If you win you’ll receive an item as a reward. For example:
- Make a €3.00 purchase = 0 raffle tickets (below €4.99)
- Make a €4.99 purchase = 1 raffle ticket
- Make a €9.00 purchase = 1 raffle ticket
- Make a €14.49 purchase = 2 raffle tickets
- Make a €3.99 purchase and then a €7.00 purchase = 1 raffle ticket (multiple purchases from the same account won’t be counted together – each purchase is counted separately!)
- Make a €99.99 purchase = 20 raffle tickets
- Make a ₺225.00 purchase = 1 raffle ticket (₺225.00 converts to €5.56 before tax => 1x €4.99). Please note that this currency conversion is merely an example and is based on the conversion rates from when this message was written.
Note While each individual purchase must be at least €4.99 for an account to get a raffle ticket (multiple purchases won’t be counted together), the raffle tickets you do receive will all be tallied together to make up the final amount of raffle entries for the account.
Participation clusters
During the raffle, the Metin2 servers will be organised into three regions, or ‘clusters’. Each cluster will have its own raffle. So, for example, players in Turkey won’t be in the same raffle as players in Western Europe. Here are the three clusters:

- Cluster 3: Eastern Europe + AE/RU/GR

Which items will be given out, and where?
Each cluster will have the chance to win the items in the list. So, one raffle each for Turkey, Western Europe, and Eastern Europe. So you’re only raffling against players from your cluster.
How will I be informed if I win something?
You’ll receive an in-game message, sent to all the characters of the account that has won. Any items you win will be tagged ‘RAFFLE’ in your item depot, so you know which are which.
How do I get tickets?
Each purchase of €4.99 gets you 1 raffle ticket. So, a €10 purchase would give you 2 raffle tickets. Each purchase is counted separately – multiple purchases will not be added together. So, a €3.00 purchase and a €7.00 purchase would give you 1 raffle ticket, not 2, because only one of these purchases is above €4.99. While the raffle is running, each eligible purchase you make will be tracked and your tickets will be added together for when the raffle is drawn (e.g. 1x €50 purchase and 1x €25 purchase = 15 raffle tickets total).
Are there any extra steps I need to do before I can take part?
No, there are no additional steps, costs, or things to sign up for. Each eligible purchase you make while the raffle is running will be counted automatically.
I can’t see the Metin2 Shop banner. Can I still take part?
Make sure to check whether there is a campaign running – the banner will only appear during an active campaign. If the campaign is active but you still can’t see the banner, it’s likely that your region or currency isn’t eligible to take part in the campaign. This may be due to official holidays or statutory provisions.
Where can I find an item I’ve won?
If you win, the item will be delivered to your item depot and tagged ‘RAFFLE’. You must collect the item within 11 days of delivery, otherwise it will disappear. Each character in your Metin2 account has access to the items, but each item can only be collected once.
How will the winners be chosen?
The winners will be chosen at random after the raffle ends. Each raffle ticket generated while the raffle was running will be counted. Each cluster will have its own raffle. It’s possible for you to win multiple times if you have multiple tickets and more than one of them gets drawn, as each ticket has its own identification number.
Do I need to use a specific payment method in order to take part?
Any successfully completed purchase counts towards the raffle. Any bank transactions left uncompleted or that are in dispute after the raffle ends will not be counted. Gameforge coupons are not a valid purchase method for the raffle, but Oyunfor e-pins will be counted.
Can I see how many raffle tickets I have?
No, you won’t be able to see how many raffle tickets you have. As the data for the raffle is collected separately, Support also does not have access to this information and will not be able to tell you how many raffle tickets you have.
How do I participate using a currency other than Euros?
Each purchase will automatically be converted into Euros at the time of sale. We are unable to guarantee a fixed value for currency conversions into Euros due to exchange rate fluctuations.
