Metin2 fans, the next major update is ready for release! At the start of March, we’ll release the exciting Update 25.0 – Mysterious Echo. This update increases a new dungeon variant, exclusive gear, improvements to the Easter Event and more!
- Release date for East and AE/RU/GR: Thursday, 6th March 2025
- Release date for West and Turkey: Tuesday, 11th March 2025
Please note that the new dungeon will only be available once the update has been rolled out on all servers to ensure all players can enjoy a fair start. More details will be provided in a separate announcement.
New Dungeon: Mysterious Echo
This simplified version of the Mysterious Dungeon is specially designed to plug the gap between champion levels 1 to 10 and give you more options for progressing your character. Experience a thrilling adventure with new enemies and rewards!
- Entry from champion level 1 (solo or in a group)
- The entrance can be found on the Dong Gwang Plain
- Entry requires a Mysterious Ticket
New Ruby Gear
What would a new dungeon be without new gear? On your way through the Mysterious Echo you can gather materials for crafting the powerful Ruby gear.
- New crafting materials to loot from dungeon enemies
- Equipment items for every class
- Exclusive bonus: Strong against Mysteries – perfect for the new dungeon

Easter Event Improvements
With an eye to the Easter Event in April, we’ve made some changes to improve the event:
- More inventory space & better overview: Various features have been moved to the event window.
- No more back and forth: Once you’ve proven your trustworthiness, you can redeem your eggs directly without having to traipse back to the Easter Bunny every time.
- Better rewards for higher levels: Nothing changes up to level 75, but there are now better rewards above that!
- Easter Metin Stones now also appear in the six Yohara regions.
